If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to claim a refund or exchange.

Please enclose your proof of purchase when returning a product.  We strongly recommend sending items via recorded post at Machynys Bay candles can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.  Refund credit will be issued via your original payment method once items have been received, inspected and approved.

Please allow a sufficient period of time for your refund process to complete as it can take several days.  if you have any concerns then please contact support@macyhynyscandles.co.uk where our team will do our utmost to rectify any issues in a timely manner.

Replacements

We will happily replace items If they arrive damaged or defective - please email support@machynysbaycandles.co.uk

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items - please ensure you use a trackable shipping service to return items.
